The fine print

Privacy

What BoganVision collects, why it collects it, and how long it keeps it. Plain English, no legal padding.

What we collect

If you request access: the name, contact details and any note you send us. If you're a member: your verified Plex account identifier, the email on that Plex account, your display name and avatar, plus the support tickets and media requests you create.

Why we collect it

To decide on access requests, to sign you in, to show you your own activity, and to answer your support tickets. That's it. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers — there are no ads here at all.

Security

Sign-in happens through Plex, so BoganVision never sees or stores your Plex password. Session cookies are signed, HTTP-only and short-lived. Administrative actions are logged. Any credentials used to talk to the media server live server-side only and are never sent to your browser.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept while they're being considered and for a short period after. Member records are kept while your access is active. Ask us to delete your data and we'll remove your member record and tickets.

Getting in touch

Use the support page. If you're not a member yet, use the access request form and say it's a privacy question.
